Order Processing Time:

All our candles are handmade to order. Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. As a full-time student I appreciate your patience and support of my small business.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch email when your parcel is on the way.

Standard UK delivery:

Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom.

-Delivery is by Royal Mail or courier service

-Estimated delivery is 2-5 working days after dispatch

-You will receive a tracking number (if applicable)

Delivery Issues:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your parcel is lost or significantly damaged please email us at oakferncandleco@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Packaging:

All orders are packaged securely and with care using eco-concious materials wherever possible.

Missed Deliveries or Returns to Sender

If your parcel is returned to us due to missed delivery or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. You may be asked to cover the cost of reshipping.

Please note that during busy periods (e.g. holidays or exam season) dispatch may take slightly longer. Thank you for your understanding!
