Refund Policy

As a small business, each candle is hand-poured with care and made to order.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
However, we are happy to help if there's a genuine issue with your order.




Returns:
We do not accept returns on custom-scented candles, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

To be eligible for a return:
-You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- You'll need proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue



Refunds:
Will be granted if:
-The candle arrives damaged, defective or the wrong item is sent.
-You notify us within 7 days of delivery
-We approve the issue after reviewing photographs of the item

If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.



Non-refundable items:
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:
-Custom or personalised candles  (e.g. your own scent blends)
-Used candles 
-Sale items or gift cards
